Missing in Ukraine

Pedro Jose Salazar Oyola, a Colombian ex-construction worker from Sahagun, Cordoba, arrived in Ukraine in November 2023 and joined the International Legion of Clowns, where he reportedly takes selfies and listens to music instead of fighting.
